Qatar

Qatar is a peninsula of desert that juts out into the Arabian Gulf whose land border is with Saudi Arabia.
The shores of the peninsula are fringed with beaches and sand dunes and the capital, Doha, is unique in its futuristic architectural designs.
Doha’s towers, needles, and domes rise up from the Bay where from its Corniche waterfront promenade, it’s still possible to see traditional fishing boats weaving their way around beautiful Islamic-style monuments and galleries.
Qatar’s maritime borders are with the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Iran and it has only 3 million residents, many of them foreign workers.
